I believe you are in search of an affiliate network. I've never used it, but hasoffers.com may work. There are some scripts out there too.

Incorporate lead questions into your sales script...the object is to get them to say "yes" throughout your script so that when you close the sale, you can fight objections or rebuttals reiterating...
