Because the page at YouTube has content, is owned by Google and so completely optimized for their search engine. Getting the page embedding the video to #1 is a totally different ball game.

There is no content. Video is not read and the ID is a random number, so not even the name of the video is available to be indexed on your site.

Not every video is embeddable. The embedding is easily turned off by the account holder for any video they wish.

The only issue is when you embed a video uploaded illegally. At that point, Youtube...
