About three days ago or so Facebook was down for one hour more or less. #Facebookdown was trending topic. And it still have some issues in some countries.

An analogy I often use is the desire to own a home vs renting. MOST people would prefer to own their home. Web property is the exact same thing. When you own a property, you can control many things....
