Mine is i5, dell's laptop and it works fine for me ( even though i used SENUKE in the past ).

1. What tools are you using to see if the backlink source is indexed?
2. Where did you get the backlinks from? Were they natural or paid? If they were a paid link, I'm not sure that is the best...

I was going to say that. Also, it looks way more natural when google just finds them. If the link has any value google bot will be by shortly to find it.

If you have webmaster tools setup then you can go to crawl > Fetch as Google, enter the url and submit to index.

I think, you should try premium backlinks indexer to index your backlinks. I've faced same problem...then, I use premium backlink index. That was works good. :)

You've already failed. Odds are you're building nofollow links.

...besides, a worthwhile followed backlink will index itself because it gets reindexed from it's own supporting backlink profile.
