We have been using MailChimp for a couple of years for our ecommerce sites and have had good luck with them. I wouldn't use them for anything IM related but for ecommerce they are a solid choice.

You are both right on the money with your advice. We use a ticket system and I have someone manage it for us. If it requires my attention and it goes outside of our agreement then we let them know...
