Op, I highly recommend host gator as well. When I wa flipping sites on flippa, they had a great support team that helped. Also, their fees are reasonable.

Hostgator for me. I've had flippa buyers for my sites that had all 3...Hostgator, Bluehost, and Godaddy hosting.
I prefer hostgator only because I've used it for years and I'm pretty surgical...

Godaddy is being recommended because it works and the company happens to be used by many people (including me).
Flipping domains has actually nothing to do with the hosting company or the domain...

Basically any hosting works just great as long as it has cpanel, from my experience. Cpanel is very much the same with the most big hostings so transfering a website from your hosting to any other...

I have flipped a ton of sites with Certified hosting. I just tell the new owner to setup an account under my affiliate link and they transfer the data.
