It needs to pull the URLs of ALL pages of adwords ads
and make a list of the URLs without duplicates.

Another good tip:
Sign up to the email newsletters of 5-10 SEO experts, the leaders in the field (SEOmoz, etc) and create a filter so that all of their emails go into 1 folder of your email...

Maybe you could just emulate the spammy site, with your own spammy site, and get that #1 back, and then feed traffic to your clients REAL site. Not ideal, but it could definitely work.

Bare in mind, I'm pretty sure most of these tools can only give you data...
