There's no quality traffic in a exchange. Click quality is the most important thing. Hence why adwords clicks are so expensive. haha! I'd suggest you look for other ways to drive traffic.

Yeah that's a hard one unless you site is highly viewed or have a high pr no one will pay. I'd say really work to get the PR up and Alexa up on the site then you'll get willing people that wil pay.
