At the time I was doing Facebook ads to a lead gen page for the dentists. Worked well for the ones who had a sales person on staff who could close.

Also did a few re-activation campaigns for them...

For every 10 letters I sent, I would get 1 very eager phone call. Then I would usually meet up with them and close in person.

So about 10% or so from letters mailed to phone calls...
