You don't HAVE to include hosting at all, and it's often just offered as a bonus to beef up the extras and help entice newbie buyers.

I would say that the three months of hosting is fine. You just need to say that in your auction. I've seen guys host sites they sell for their buyers, so it is a nice option for new website...

An alternative to Paypal is Google Checkout. They have single item payment buttons and return to merchant after payment so they can download a product.

I would set-up a company name with a tax id number and use that in paypal. Will cost a few hundred to do but you won't be left not being able to use paypal ever again.
