You'll get credit if you set up your own country redirect. You can do this by clicking the "Tools" tab when viewing an offer and choosing "Country Redirect".

Yes, it will result in a conversion for the publisher.

If I create a dating offer for US traffic and someone from the UK stumbles across my landing page then it will take them...
