Be more active on social media. Most of my traffic now comes from Facebook, Youtube and Instagram. Very little comes from organic search. You may also want to look into paid advertising.

Run a test and see if having the video autoplay or not makes a difference. Sometimes autoplay can enhance user experience, while other times it takes away.
