I am not a huge fan of Paul and Angela's link packages but I will have to disagree with you tjharris. I used to use Angela's packages before and till this day I have sites ranked on the first page...

All of those link packages like Paul's and Angela's get used and abused to the point where they are worthless. Too many people start spamming them so the owners end up taking action to prevent it.
