Yeah, going directly to the host is the best thing to do. They should be able to fix it. When I had a similar attack, my host was able fix and restore everything for me.

I wish I took a screen shot. Initially going to your site and viewing the html there was javascript code that was very suspicious. Again dont know if anyone like your hosting company did anything...

It appears to be trying to spread a virus. Initially I got a 500 error on the URL, then MS Security Essentials told me the site was creating a malicious attack.

Contact your hosting company.

You may want to contact the hosting company as it is possible that someone uploaded a malicious file on to the site. If the host company has good support they may be able to help you find it. Usually...
