The going rate for SEO content with my company is one billable hour per page, which is basically 4-500 words give or take. The fact that it's actually 24 pages of content repurposed for 2 more sites...

A great, and VERY in-depth book on licensing is Doug D'Anna's book 24 Hour Cash Flow Miracle. Got it in my book case and take that puppy out to read and apply at least once a month.

Well where I live you do not need a Realtor License for this, as you are just helping to generate leads and not selling or buying, which is different.

But find a Real Estate Lawyer in your area...
