That's not gonna work either. It will be considered low quality and you'll have to have a site full of content before they accept your lead capture page. They also have rules for lead capture pages...

Not exactly sure what you did wrong, but it was enough for them to block your domain. You could always buy a cheap .info and forward it to the website of your choosing.

I always consult Google Image search when I need any images. But I make sure that I put in a citation on where I got a certain image. You can try Flickr with creative commons license as well.
