I would say the quickest way to get traffic is from PPC but NOT google Adwords. There are a lot of 2nd tier search engines, like: miva, looksmart, 7search and more.

You pay very little per click...

Your site is indexed with 684 pages which is great. As Far as I see the reason you don't have any PR is because of your link structure there are alot of links on the main page and not enough strong...
