I also use Fiverr for social media. I buy facebook likes, google +1's and sometimes youtube views... it helps, but I would never by backlinks from fiverr.

I'd say that a really bad thing with these tools are that they will mass post crappy comments and sooner or/than later your IP will be banned by spam tools and you won't be able to make any comments...
