Re: How would you want to get paid?

We started out just taking checks (easiest for us, no fees).

But let me tell you, taking a check for a recurring client is the worst idea. Especially once you have more than, say, 3 of them. Then...

Re: I'm 15 and I'm an offline consultant, need help!

As someone mentioned before, they'll take you as seriously as you take yourself. If you dress sharp, stand tall, speak from the heart (and diaphragm) and know your stuff, you'll be golden, no issues...

Re: Smarten Up! Raise Your Rates! Here's How!

I think DBK's point bud, is that no matter what the situation, it's never time to lie about forum rules just because you don't want to come out and say "hey I'm too busy to answer questions, really...

Re: Postcard Marketing Qs

Hey TBI,

1. Now, as far as an automated tool for this purpose is concerned, I personally don't know of one. I'll leave that to someone else. However, in my opinion, if you want the biggest impact,...

Re: telemarketing: I'm not local. How do you avoid meet ups/"wants local" kind of deal

Re: Are you asking your salespeople to do too much?

So here's how I've always structured sales.

It works well, it just requires personnel.

Re: Coachers/mentors, how do you accept payment? (for $100 - $500+ an hour)

Look into Authorize.net. If you are dealing with more than say $3,00-$4,000 a month in revenue brought in, I'd say it definitely becomes worth your time to pay the fees at Authorize.net. And then get...
