I was thinking the same, If that was my site, I wouldn't bury an $80/day affiliate link under a hoard of adsense ads, I would make sure it was the ONLY link they see :D I don't know the op well...

I don't think there is any way to track this in Google analytics.
You have to load up Adsense to see how much has been made, but even in that I've never seen a way to track YouTube videos.
