I've seen that Keranique commercial run for quite a while now.
A classic ad technique (think 1950's or further back) of using "reverse psychology" on consumers. It harkens back to a childhood...

I use them while I'm sleeping. You're relaxed and it keeps your subconscious mind engaged (working on something constructive). Just make sure you always use headphones or ear buds to get the maximum...

Depends whether you use stuff like binaural beats from brainwavetracks.com or regular meditation music, or even video affirmations. Each audio has a specific purpose and way to use it.
