I don't know of any way to convert a Word doc to an image on a server, but if you want to do that conversion yourself on the desktop, and then upload the images to your server... then it's easy to...

My worst bounce rate is 93%. And, it because of Adfly traffic :) The traffic's quality is very poor.

I got my best bounce rate from signature traffic.
