I focus now a days on building relationships with the audience, it may be true that i spend 100$ on a day and earn backs 20$ on the same day, but i make sure, i earn 200$ more from the same traffic....

1) Bring Urgency, like put a timer or a discount offer, which will not come again, so they will miss it if they dont buy it...

Yes, Google Adwords does allow CPA offer with landing pages, however they have some few quality restrictions along with any statement like
'Lose 10kg in 10weeks' should be backed up by any evidence....

I would rather suggest you to use a youtube video to rank over that keyword and then forward your visitors from the youtube video to your site, because Google is giving alot of preference to Youtube...
