You can sell them all in a bundle, no problem at all.

As the sites don't have much income and poor documentation this is probably her best option.

The sales copy leaves a lot to be desired......

I would put out a request for guest bloggers. Visit a popular site to get the format. Make a page of guest blogs. This will rank your site, make the bloggers happy...especially if there is traffic...
