I think getting to 50 posts doesn't really take that long, several evenings or a couple of weekends. These policies are just there to lower the amount of spam.

Yeah I think your best bet is to place an ad in the Members looking to hire you section, or you can also look in the Warrior for hire section and look for a proof reader.

It's just common sense... If you start 50 threads in one day asking questions there is a good chance your account will be banned, especially if you are new. Just use common sense.

I don't know any of them that allow anchor links in them. But if you are talking about just a parsed http:// link then prlog.org allows it for free and it's one of the most popular free press release...
