It's a scraper software, so no API is needed and you're not being limited by those...

It's quite simple, it's like to do list only with limits.

That depends on your autoresponders, not blogger. Some autoresponders have counters you can put so visitors know how many emails subscribed. Check your autoresponder if they have this feature.

I have to disagree with Godaddy for newbies. They have the most confusing interface which contains lots of offers on a single page. You should stick to namecheap when dealing with domain registration...
