Unfortunately, you cannot reupload a modified video to the same URL/address. This only works with YouTube's video editor, which only has basic editing functionality, nowhere near popular video...

prchecker.info is ok, but do not rely on it to determine if the PR is real or not.

If the domain authority is awful, that usually means the PR is not real.
The ONLY way to be relatively sure the PR is real is to check the backlinks. You cannot just use OpenSite Explorer, Ahrefs,...
