Simple - this is how I do it as I mainly use PPC as well:

I control my own landing page or micro-site that I send ALL my traffic to ... and any leads are then sent directly to their API via host...

$10 CPM is bloody expensive! I find it difficult to pay more than $1 CPM rates. You have to remember with the average of 3 click in 1,000 views, that $1 CPM amounts to $0.33 per click!
