You are buying from the wrong people. I've bought a lot of WSOs through the years and only a handful were not worth what I paid. Most were worth far more.

What you are talking about is sometimes called link velocity. It is all about consistency. If you build 10 links today build 10 tomorrow and 10 the next day. then build 15 a day in a couple of weeks...
