If by "external links" you mean, inbound links/backlinks, ahrefs (https://ahrefs.com/) has that feature.

My favorite is Moz' On-page grader though. The information laid out in such a way that it's pleasing to the eyes, so that's a plus.

This WSO has nothing to do with on-page SEO. You need to do your own on-page SEO at your end. Besides, their backlinks system is strong enough to rank sites with poor on-page SEO, but it would help...
