I've actually been using these little .bat files for quite a while now as a quick way to merge articles into one big file which then forms the basis of an ebook ;)

If you use Windows, copy all the csv files into one folder. Then open notepad and start a new text file and enter the following lines into the text file:

I would say that about 70% dofollow and 30% nofollow will look like a natural balance for backlinks.

Personally, I like more higher volume keywords with a local CPC. As Burk mentioned, there's often easier competition.

I typically do 10k exact or more with CPC of $2 or more.
