Well said Ricky. I could not imagine going on 4 hours of sleep, especially driving a car.

I like to think that everyone I entrust with my life (like pilots, etc) have had plenty of sleep.

Regarding the walking, I have also done this; and it works. I think it may have something to do with your body focusing on walking and the visuals that your mind enters a meditative/creative state.

Try to sneak in some zzzs or try even a 15 minute power nap during lunch hour (time yourself with a phone).

You will really start to see a difference in energy and alertness and 15 minutes does...
