I don't think this is a very accurate report - you may want to look at a specific product and then draw some conclusions. Doing it for a whole country is way too broad to make sound judgement on...

yes, its true. CPC is based on from where you got click on ad. I am getting max CPC from UK, USA & I dont have visitors from Australia.

They stopped their 'free trial' lead generation program. They used to pay $20 for 'free trial' sign-ups but they stopped that promotion last week. Now sign-ups...

Just target USA/Europe traffic. Those are the most profitable traffic. Every click you make $0.50 or so.
