Hosting on GoDaddy is a bit slow.

I recommend using a FTP program like FileZilla (totally free)

Yeah you can use YouTube for it.

YouTube makes it really handy to embed your video - you'd click share and then embed on the page of the video.
YT displays a message when a plug in or something...
