Traffic Junky doesn't allow you to filter headsets, OS etc, only carrier and depending on the country, their mobile inventory isn't great. But if you have a general adult offer, try plugrush.

I think the key with any WSO is "action." Without action, no WSO is going to work because no WSO is going to automatically bring in income for you. Now, some WSOs are more detailed...
