That's why before I use ANY CPAnet I call and talk and build rapport with AM. That will screen out this crapola.

It's a relative term, generally it means if the traffic backs out for the merchant.. for example for zip and email submits.. if all of you traffic just fills out there email and doesn't complete any...

I wasn't saying you did that. I just thought banning and refusing to pay was extreme. They should still pay you. Only once in the past 11+ years that I have been doing CPA was someone not happy with...

I would take the poor traffic quality to mean that after the email/zip submit was completed that they then converted poorly. So if you generated say 800 submits @ $1.50 each and those 800 submits...
