It's a little more of the advanced side of things than HyperTrackr (as an example), but it's extremely flexible.

It's NOT self-hosted (some have qualms about this).

For ordinary click tracking or just plain link tracking you can use clixtrac.com. It is free to use and is pretty accurate in counting those unique clicks.

It depends what you want to track. For me I use Google analytics because it helps me spot my key referral traffic and sources quickly easily and most importantly for free!
