I use Wishlist Member and I am quite happy with it as it does everything that I need it to do but I do not use it with Optimizepress.

WPMU's membership plugin is pretty good. I believe it's the same one they use themselves and their sites are HUGE. s2Member is pretty good too though.

I am using WishList Member and eMember on my membership websites. IMO both are good, but you should definitely check out eMember first. eMember is far more cheaper and easy to setup. Just my 2 cents.
