Yeah Google Authorship is huge. Also it draws the eye in of the searchers and WILL increase traffic accordingly.

I've never worked on either but I get most of my content from iWriter and I pay top dollar usually for my content. Around $15-$20 - Not sure if anyone else does but I would assume other people pay...

Yeah I can't really comment on this regarding other countries. Worked for me, worked for a couple friends of mine who got their adsense banned. Easy fix to the problem.

I'm not sure about your country but in the US you can just use Direct Incorporation or another online service, then apply for an EIN through the IRS online as well. All can be done in about 20...
