In terms of viral value, I stopped using it.
However I still find value in the bookmark itself for my sites.
Diggs usually get indexed immediately.

I agree with you there. Every time I use StumbleUpon I see a burst of traffic almost instantly, and it continues to trickle in for a few weeks after the initial jump.
I rarely see traffic coming...

I am still using DIGG, but my results are less than optimal if you know what we mean. Digg is not what it once was. I no longer dread the digg effect of yore. Like that does not seem to happen...
