I will often create my own ultra spun content where each paragraph and sentence has 3 variations, phrases and certain words are then also spun.

Every spun version of the article makes 100% sense...

I think it depends on "how" you spin. I also offer freelance services and get a lot of requests to provide spin-able content, I however will not use an automated service.
