If you pay someone $2.00 run it through Microsoft word doing a spell check to fix the errors. It takes only seconds in reality. When you are done you usually have a decent article for cheap money.

My suggestion is to go to yahoo site explorer and enter a competitors url and see what they have for backlinks. This will give you an idea of what kind of backlinks are working in your niche.
