The VERY BEST PPC website which I always use is Yahoo Search marketing.
It is the number one competitor to Google, and on average I only pay 4 cents per click!

I have been able to develop 2 profitable campaigns so far, with the right filtering and tweaking. The key is blocking the non converting traffic sources.
