Lost with the results?! How could he be lost its not very difficult. Make sure they are selecting exact and then sort by number of results. Use market samurai and tell them to look through the videos.

I have done something like this before outsourcing work to a site I no longer do any work on. I made the person an account on this blog so they could go and write the articles directly on the blog....

I usually go through oDesk too, and always get a lot of offers from workers from the Phillipines. Whether I take them, or workers from another country, just depends on the person and the job.

I have had articles written for me before and it was for my site and I had all the rights to them, so you would not be able to use them and they had to be unique articles not copies from anywhere...

If you write unique articles for a customer, they belong to them. You can't also put them on your blog, otherwise why is the customer paying you to write unique articles? :)
