You can just register at any high PR forum then just go to the signature section of the control panel and post your anchor text with the url you are targeting !! It's very easy.

You don't build links to forum profiles.

You use forum profiles to build links to other higher quality backlinks.

Article directories submission. Write an article, spin it 100 times with a uniqueness of at least 50% and submit them to article directories. Add the anchor text as well

Google will probably have no problem for better UX, but if your hiding keywords then that's gonna be a problem.

Some people will say "yes, it does" but hiding content via Javascript and DIVs is quite common and often quite legit. For example, many forums and blogs about TV shows and movies have spoiler...
