The MX record is what handles mail delivery for the server. If you leave the MX record pointing to the mail server you have now, it will keep going there.

You'll need a way to retrieve the mail...

You don't have to use SSL V3. It can be easily 'downgraded' in the server configuration file for most servers. That would be the easiest solution.

My suggestion is to use Facebook ads. You can create a small campaign and target women who have expressed an interest in weight loss. 35-65 is a good age group.
