Re: Has FB advertising gotten better?

It's all in how you use the ads. There haven't been any groundbreaking changes in the last 6-9 months, so unless YOU have gotten better, don't bother giving it another try. Either FB ads aren't...

Re: My first FB campaign - Is this normal?

You're right that FB is making it more and more difficult to reach the audiences we've built, but if your numbers are that bad you're doing a lot of stuff wrong. It shouldn't cost 5 grand to get 50k...

Re: 5,000+ New Fans Per Day - How?

Basically, just use every feature FB pages give you. If they ask for information, give it to them...fill out everything in your page settings. Like other pages as your page. Use milestones. Keep your...

Re: Building List Using Facebook Landing Tab

Search on facebook search bar for "woobox html iframe" and install that app on your tab. Put your squeeze page code in the box and turn fan-gate on. That will require people to like your page before...

Re: My first FB campaign - Is this normal?

The size of the audience isn't necessarily the issue...it's how tightly targeted the audience is. A 14 million audience probably isn't targeted tightly enough. CTR is good, but if people are clicking...

Re: Facebook promoted photos

Yes to the last two, not entirely sure about the first one. Instead of promoting a photo post, it might work better to promote a link post instead, and upload the photo to go with your link post....

Re: Facebook Algorithm Change

Get more engagement on your posts. That's the only remedy I know. More people interacting with the post tells facebook it's high quality. Comments are one of the best for this, because people will...

Re: Anyone having LONG-TERM success with Facebook ads?

Yes, that's exactly it. You have to do some work to expand your reach while still targeting the same "type" of people.

Re: Where does the Facebook traffic come from?

He wants to know where on FB they came from. I suspect the client's idea is to recreate the affiliate's traffic source and cut the affiliate out of his share.

Re: Facebook Ads account banned

You can probably use a brand new account, but if they see the same IP address you will likely get that one banned too. Do you actually owe them money? Or they screwed up the billing?

Re: Facebook email addresses

They're worthless at this point. May be a placeholder for something they plan to implement later, but they serve almost no purpose now.

Re: What happens when your fan page hits 10,000 fans

Not correct. Maybe in some cases, but I have several pages with well over 10k fans. Facebook technically owns all pages and can take them at any time, but there are a few things you can do to make it...

Re: How to start using Facebook for business?

First step is to start getting your existing customers to like your page...maybe add something to your receipt that says "Like us on Facebook for special offers!" and tell your customers verbally...

Re: Can anyone recommend a good Facebook UID scraper?

Supposedly, scraping the UIDs is compliant, but using the scraped UIDs for custom audiences is not compliant...or at least it's a grey area. The TOS aren't completely clear, but chances are they...

Re: How Do You Sell T-shirts on Facebook?

As with most things in marketing, tracking is key. You need to put a conversion pixel on your teespring after-sale page. I haven't done teespring campaigns in a few months. Back then you had to...

Re: Building A List With Facebook In Any Niche?

I've built lists in at least 20 different niches on Facebook...cameras will probably work fine. I would split test the opt-in location. Usually on a tab it doesn't convert as well as off-Facebook....
