I always do the cname change myself...that is part of the agreement that I get access to their accounts to set all of this up.

Have you tried looking at the TOS for current SMS companies like Trumpia. I would go through the sign up process and see what their TOS says.

I would start with the people you know so you can gain some confidence and have a testimonial.

Also, I would focus on one niche and test. Whats your favorite item to sell? Mobile sites? QR codes?...
