Precisely, If site A is indexed then all the attached links to domain A will also get indexed. Its the normal tendency of Google crawler to follow all links attached in a webpage.

Higher domain and frequently updated sites are keep indexing quickly. For example you can see any reputable news site, their news get indexed within few hours and they even don't need to build...
