Your blog is not show by you brand name because search engine is not indexed yet your blog brand name so you've to work hard to get indexed in search engine.

How long has the blog been around? You do not get indexed and start ranking at the top - even for your own blog name - instantly. This is especially true if your "brand" is something generic sounding.
